Another week of no daily weigh ins. my weight didn't change, but at least it didn't go up 😕. I think my body weight has evened out. tho, I know the inches are coming off. This week I am going to eat 100 calories less a day just to see if it makes a difference.
69.9 kg Lost so far: 11.7 kg.    Still to go: 2.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
