This weekend went pretty well as far as eating goes. I made my husband promise to not order pizza at home anymore. I told him if he wanted pizza he was going to have to eat it at work. Amazingly, he made it through the weekend without it (he eats pizza like three times a week, I swear). I told him I don't mind if he eats other fast food here but when he orders pizza it just lays around and well it's hard to say no.
I found some low carb noodles that actually taste good. They're called Carba-Nada. There's 19 carbs per serving which is way better than the normal 42 and it still fits right in under the 20 grams allowed during induction.
Anyway, I'm going to be looking at elliptical machines today!
