very busy today. did some prep work for Irene (hurricane expected Sunday), 2 haircuts, yoga, now lawn, gardening. beautiful day (calm before the storm).
58.3 kg Lost so far: 22.0 kg.    Still to go: 1.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
