Wow! I lost 2 lbs., it’s a miracle! I was on Ww and I lost 30 lbs. but then stalled out. They cut my points by so much I’m realizing they were starving me. I’m eating more on this program and I lost weight! I still need to increase my calories to get to my healthy weight loss index. This program actually tells me to eat more! Love it!
