I felt my semaglutide shot fading away this weekend (time for an increase). I was ravaging hungry. I couldn't eat enough. That's what's in store for me once these shots stop. HUNGER. My body fighting back to replace those fat cells.
I feel positive that I can commit to meal planning, and now's the time to practice. I discovered Clean Eatz, we like the food so far.
