I have done fairly well except for yesterday. I think this weight gain is more fluctuation related. I had trouble getting a solid reading from the scale. First it said about 167, then around 165, then 148-obviously a fluke. Then after breakfast it said 168. I am using the most consistent measurement as my weigh in. In any case I need to be more careful not to indulge as much as I did yesterday.
75.1 kg Lost so far: 1.1 kg.    Still to go: 1.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
