I am 14 months postpartum and have gained a lot of weight since delivering my baby. (I am breastfeeding and really get hungry.) I commit to being kind to and patient with myself as I resume my weight loss journey. ❤️

Im 8 months postpartum, also breast feeding, I’ve gained 30+ kgs 😩… I’ve started with my weight loss routine this week and hoping to get back to my pre pregnancy weight or closer… it’s really hard 😭
