I forgot to log this but I actually weighed in on Sunday which was yesterday. I haven't been weighing in because I broke my old scale. I dropped it and I hadn't gotten around the buying another one. I don't know how much inaccuracy there is between my old scale and this one because obviously I didn't get to compare the two. with that said, I am disheartened to find that I am about 7 lb heavier than my last weigh-in. I'm riding my bike 65 miles a week and I am eating almost no processed food. it really does seem like I have got the hyper-restrict my calories and work out like an animal just to lose any weight. I'm removing healthy grains from my diet because that seems to have negatively affected me. it really does seem like all I can eat are beans vegetables and chicken breast. anything else and I gain weight. and I need to keep my calories well below 2000 a day. even though my bike ride alone on most days Burns well over a thousand calories and according to Fat Secrets own calorie calculator, I allegedly need 2,800 calories a day just to exist on the couch and do nothing. so even though I've lied to fat secret to make a calculate my calorie needs based on the lowest possible physical effort that I could do, and it tells me I should be eating 2,800 calories and I'm burning over a thousand calories per bike ride 5 to 6 days a week, I apparently am so energy efficient, that what a mere mortal human being would require 3,800 calories to just lose weight slowly, causes me to massively gain weight even though according to this I am in a 1200 to 1500 calorie deficit a day. increasing my calorie intake did not help it only further accelerated my weight gain.
126.6 kg Lost so far: 22.1 kg.    Still to go: 26.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
