Full week of 30 minute cardio, but meals not too great. Still trying to fight this really bad chocolate craving 😩. Let’s see what this week holds. One step at a time, I suppose.
110.4 kg Lost so far: 3.2 kg.    Still to go: 25.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Have the chocolate, in moderation of course. The more you tell yourself you can't have chocolate, the more you are going to crave it. By allowing yourself to have it, you will avoid the real possibility of a binge. Go for a healthier choice like a sugar free chocolate or a protein bar if you want to make a healthier choice.

when I started I included 4 block of dark chocolate every day as my evening reward. I don't have that huge chocolate craving anymore. also I noticed if I have a dairy milk chocolate I can't stop at 4 blocks I need to eat it all...so try have sugar free or dark chocolate it's a game changer. I have bournville dark chocolate 🍫 😋
