Not really staying on track w/the new school year under way. kinda knew that was going to happen. Snacking a lot after work. Going to workout today. Gave myself a maojority of the week off b/c I knew I would be crazed. So I don't feel guilty. Going to go food shopping today so that I have healthy foods at hand.
