Down approximately 10lbs in just under 2 weeks. Now I know that first week there is a dramatic loss that goes unequaled throughout the rest of the process but I do have reason to be optimistic that I have found the formula for success.
Portion control and, more importantly, healthier choices where I can eat more to fill up for less calories have carried me through these first 2 weeks. Now to get through the long weekend.
