I'm so excited. Started Wednesday and I've hit 7 lbs. so far. I'm finding it so much easier this time around. I've been lucky to not have many cravings at all. I think I'm well on my way to success this time around.

113.4 kg Lost so far: 1.4 kg.    Still to go: 38.6 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.
