A weekend of eating badly with 13 hours of training. I'm hoping most of it's water weight after super hydrating last night when I got home. Back to being healthier this week.
51.0 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Gaining 0.9 kg a Week
