Naik lagi gara2 lose control setelah lebaran kemarin. Sekarang lagi nyoba Military Diet dan baru hari pertama. Semoga bisa balik ke jalan yg benar. #halah
57.4 kg Lost so far: 11.6 kg.    Still to go: 2.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Bisa gugling ya, itu diet dgn menu tertentu selama 3 hari & klo sukses bisa turun 5 kg. :)
