Sticking to the routine for last 4 weeks dropped almost 9 pounds. Eating whole foods high protein moderate amount of complex carbs (fruit, whole wheat, brown rice. Cutdown on alcohol consumption primarily beers increased cardio to one hour a day and resistance training times a week.
90.9 kg Lost so far: 2.9 kg.    Still to go: 7.0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 1.6 kg a Week
