After seeing the veins in my arms look even veinier than ever last night, I decided to just turn off the meter and quit logging food at around 2800 calories. Probably took in another good 600 to 800 before I cried uncle. Which would mean a good.....1700 or 1800 between 6pm and midnight. Scale is down 1.5 from yesterday.
This process is demented.
