Still trucking along. I'm really feeling good. Ten lbs makes a bigger difference then I remembered. And I'm over the halfway mark on Phase 1..PRAISE JESUS! LOL I hate this phase.

112.0 kg Lost so far: 2.7 kg. Still to go: 37.2 kg. Diet followed: 100%.

Losing 3.2 kg a Week
