Been doing cpy consistently and yesterday went for leisure 5 mile eating oatmeal 2/3 cup every morning
Quest bar snack dinner gep or our veggie heavy meals
60.4 kg Lost so far: 4.1 kg.    Still to go: 60.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 1.3 kg a Week
