Half phent yesterday before eating plus protein for a later breakfast. Was able to keep calories low. No weight loss ok. Life changing goals maintain 1500 calories daily for a year at least.
87.5 kg Lost so far: 10.9 kg.    Still to go: 8.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
