I lost 3.8lbs this past week!! Extremely proud of myself, seeing as how I initially had doubts on whether I would be successful. Self monitoring really does work as having awareness is the prerequisite for any type of change. Who would have ever thought that I would've given up snacking on Sarris chocolate bars (at least 2), to eating salads with broccoli slaw and oven roasted chicken (just 3oz??!!!)? This really is all about lifestyle changes and I intend on trying my best to keep up with this. Besides, what do I have to lose (other than pounds!!)...
113.4 kg Lost so far: 1.7 kg.    Still to go: 22.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
