ok some how I messed up I am at the end of phase 2 of hcg down 25 lbs according to my naturalpath and when I actually started on sept 2oth....feeling great!going weekly for weigh ins help because shemakes sure my levels are good and that I am losing fat not muscle...so whats next 3 wekks on phase 3 then probably another round vlcd .My goal is 175 seems high but I carry alot of muscle and when I get lower people say I look too thin and it ages me so 175-180 is the goal!
