I think the 2 pounds that I gained are muscle. I've been focusing a lot on weight training and have increased my protein intake quite a bit. I'm not too worried about it, but I am going to keep an eye on it.
62.6 kg Lost so far: 15.2 kg.    Still to go: 8.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Gaining 0.5 kg a Week
