While I'm thrilled about my weight loss (!!). I really dislike recording sharp declines because they could be wrong. I was 187 two days ago and 188 yesterday. But the fact that my scale shows 185.6 today means I've officially lost 10 pounds! 1.6 pounds to go til I hit my first goal (just in time for Thanksgiving). I've been exercising super hard (treadmill & exercise bike with fast intervals, Walk Away the Pounds & Cardio videos), and strength training almost every morning with a 30-lb barbell, leg weights & lots of ab crunches. Some days I walk on lunch, some days I do light exercise after work. My big stomach has deflated drastically, I'm wearing some size 14 pants (tight). I'm very happy with the payoff for all my hard work :)
