Lost a little. Will try to eat better food and write it down/track it BEFORE I eat it. I will also make sure I drink at least 64 oz water a day and do some movement (walking, exercising, stationary biking) this week before Thanksgiving.
67.9 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 13.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 0.5 kg a Week
