I guess I let it go a little too much this weekend. :( Gained 2lbs. :(

**TODAY'S WORKOUT**
1) Weights:
-2x15 squatting overhead press
-2x20 lunges
-2x8 men's style pushups (no weights)
2) Jillian Michaels' "Banish Fat Boost Metabolism" (30 minutes out of 45)
58.7 kg Lost so far: 13.8 kg.    Still to go: 5.2 kg.    Diet followed: Poorly.
Gaining 3.2 kg a Week
