Damn you Thanksgiving! I was thrown way off track for a whole week. I know, I know... I control everything that goes into my mouth. But I lost all control! Today I'm back to low carb, lots of water, and exercising. I want to get back to 185 by Christmas (5 pounds in 3 weeks, very doable). .... Regarding my last journal entry about not smoking, I smoked that very evening and still am. I have no excuse other than addiction and lack of control.
