Well I did good over Thanksgiving just put on 2lbs. not bad. Now back to work on losing weight. want to get to 179lbs. Hope you all had a Graet Thanksgiving.

84.4 kg Lost so far: 26.3 kg. Still to go: 0 kg. Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Gaining 1.3 kg a Week
