Hey Yasi7 don't know whether this helps but I struggled too until I balanced my carbs to my protein intake...trouble with carbs they are a cheap form of energy and the first port for call your body makes, so if you don't have many carbs in your body it has to go find the energy from protein and fat cells. Keep it going mate!
