Hey Starv1ng, I have found that from time to time my weight loss does slow down or stops even though I am being spot on and doing the same thing as when I was losing, apparently this is normal, the body does this.
I make a small positive change, I eat different foods, chang my exercise pattern - last time I did a different walking route to work from the station for example, it was the little kick my metabolism needed to start losing again.
You are doing great, stay with it, it's worth it.
