Disgusted. Not by scale but by my eating behaviors. It's like I can't control myself. This is no excuse: But for my records, I was hypnotized Friday (12/11) to quit smoking. So far so good. It's not effortless, but it is a little easer to dismiss cravings and I feel more in control. I'm already breathing better. BUT, I'm eating (and talking!) like a maniac. Hypnotherapist said I could come back for a weightloss session, maybe yes..

In my humble opinion, focus on the non smoking first. allow yourself time to adjust. Dont set yourself up for failure by trying to take on too much. Be kind to yourself.

Ditto what's been said already. Quitting smoking is a huge thing for your health and a big undertaking. It's great that you're being successful with it, stick to it, the rewards for your health are more than worth the effort. In the meantime don't be too hard on yourself if there's some weight gain, just do the best you can, but be kind to yourself too!
