I just returned from an epic adventure to Disneyland with 13 family members. Had a blast and ate very high fat food for the entire trip yesterday was my first day of clean eating. This weigh in was unexpected I was nervous I'd gained some back. woke up before everyone elase, at 5am! to do yoga two of the four days glad i did. after b before pumping
