The month of December has been tough. Cookie exchanges, holiday parties, baking cakes etc. I only gained 2 lbs but I stopped working out like I was and I stopped signing into Fatsecret. That was the worst thing! I have to be accountable for everything that goes into my mouth. I'm back on track today!
