I lost another 2lbs YAY!!

87.5 kg Lost so far: 0 kg. Still to go: 22.7 kg. Diet followed: Poorly.

Gaining 15.9 kg a Week

Keep up the good work, it will fall off as long as you stick to the program the whole time and drink your water. Good luck
