i decided this morning that i am going to weigh myself every morning around the same time for motivation to keep up with the healthy habits that i have started. my ultimate goal is to weigh 130 - first i want to get back down to 145. i dont want to gain more than 30 pounds this pregnancy - so far i have gained 20 since i found out i was pregnant. i dont want to gain much more. it's hard to get out of weight loss mode when your pregnant and worked so hard after the first pregnancy to get the 80+ pounds off that you gained the first time around. i was about halfway there.. 188 to 145. i just hope that when my daughter is born i will be less than 200. i was 230 2 weeks after i had my son. jeeze. i cant do it again.
