No change - guess that good in one respect.
I eally can't my head back into the swing of things. Walking between 4 and 5 mile and some weight training.
Have to set a new goal. First was the cruise I set 160. - Met it.
Another 15 by Christmas. I know I will get there!
Just cut out the evening snacks - it's what is holding me up.
73.5 kg Lost so far: 21.8 kg.    Still to go: 5.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
