interesting about sugar and hot flashes. I don't have hot flashes BUT I am always cold and the last 2 weeks when I was eating carbs/sugar I wasn't cold. I wonder what it is?

What ever way you look at it sugar ,carbs I believe are the enemy. Although everything in moderation but the body at least my body functions much better with no sugar and low carb. People say well fruit is natural but really the body just recognizes it as sugar. truly believe its a drug! And also i heard a good statement" You cant overtrain a bad diet!" Meaning as much as exercise is great for so many reasons it is hard to meet our weight loss goal without revamping your nutrition. So lets not sabotage all our hard work at the gym, walking running or what ever your exercise of choice is!Spend more time fueling the body with the right nutrition to meet your goals! Happy Tuesday!
