Well Hello 2016!!!! That magical time when the new year starts and you think that all your horrible and shitty eating habits will be washed away with the old year. We can only dream and try to make that dream come true, without hope all is lost. So, here's to making that New Years wish come true.
I watched the Biggest Loser the other night and really thought to myself, I really don't have a problem as big as these people. Do I need to lose, yes. but it's a manageable amount of weight, it's a doable amount of weight and if some tweaking here and there could be done, it should be a goal I can achieve. SO, LET'S GO!!!!
