I did not go to weigh in last week and went today. Thinking I will go every other week for awhile. I don't need more disappointment. I will try to cut way down on carbs - hopefully for at least one full week (or at least three or four days) starting tomorrow.
68.0 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 13.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 0.2 kg a Week
