Non-scale victory: bought a pair of size 4 jeans today, and they fit like a dream! Goes to show that the number on the scale isn't everything- I really haven't lost any significant amount of weight from when I was wearing size 8 jeans. Love the way my body is shaping up with hard work and dedication!
61.0 kg Lost so far: 29.7 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
