I don't know if I am eating enough. I do eat a lot of fruits and veges and drink lots of water. I have a smoothie everyday, so I am getting in the yogurt and milk. I don't know if I am suppose to be eating the rice,beans, legumes everday or just once in a while. Somebody let me know. Thannks

I responded to your last one. Are you still hungry or is what you're eating enough? I'd say if your concerned with stalled weight loss, I would eat smaller, more frequent meals, if possible or up the cardio to get you off a plateau:)

You need more protein or you may get weak. Add some beans or legumes to your diet.
