I'm only going to weigh in every other week or so. I started Atkins to lower my carb intake and to (hopefully) start a continuing downward slide on my weight. Weighed in today and lost 1.6 pounds since Jan 21 doing Atkins. I'm trying to stay lower than 27 net grams of carbs. I figured from Jan 1, 2016 - Jan 22 my average carb intake was 149.59 grams! I will be happy in a day if I keep it lower than 50 net grams but will try for at least one - two more weeks trying to keep carbs between 23-27 net carbs.
67.3 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 12.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 0.4 kg a Week
