Today was great! Day two of my challenge has gone well--more side crunches! :) I went alittle over in my cals, but not by much. With the SCs, I see results the next day! And imagine how I'll look in 5 days at the end of this challenge!!! :)
63.5 kg Lost so far: 1.8 kg.    Still to go: 9.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
