March 1st: I was 196.8 at wake-up weigh-in, then 194.5 after a BM (sorry TMI), then 195.8 after shower. I recorded the highest weight. My obsession will be to lose 10 pounds this month. Clean food, lower carbs, interval cardio training and strength training, calorie logs and exercise logs. And above all: no alcohol; no margaritas, no beer, none. One month: My life changes today. It's do or die!
