It's been a difficult 2 weeks. Both the kids being sick which mean no time to prepare food and just grabbing something to eat. But this week I'm back on track :)
63.8 kg Lost so far: 23.5 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
