ALRIGHT!!!! Another whole pound off my body! Another night of a p90x workout and another night of not eating after 7! Rock on! Must have been the eating at night that was really killing me and adding the 20lbs. I feel great! Hope to keep this up!
79.4 kg Lost so far: 35.8 kg.    Still to go: 7.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
