After writing everything I ate yeterday - it's no wonder the scale tipped upward.
I should get up, have breakfast and lunch and then go back to bed for the night. It's the only way I'm going to stop my after work eatig!!!!!!!!!
71.9 kg Lost so far: 23.3 kg.    Still to go: 3.9 kg.    Diet followed: Poorly.
