Had a hard time resisting temptations over the Halloween weekend, and it shows. Ran the Wicked 10K over the weekend, set a new PR, and had lots of fun! Adding a couple of pics in my costume; I dressed as Rainbow Brite, for the 10K, as well as for a Halloween party on Saturday night, and a Halloween carnival with my family on Sunday. It was fun to rock a cute Halloween costume without being self conscious about it!




61.0 kg Lost so far: 29.7 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
