I have been doing the Arbonne shakes and energy drinks. I still have a weakness for coffee but have done away with milk. I had 1 cup yesterday! I eat a spinach salad with cherry tomatoes and nuts and grains. All gluten free! I am happy to report yesterday I weighed at 208! I am drinking their tea but not really liking it so may try to add some things to it, that they suggested. This is really a challenge for me as I am such a picky eater and my taste buds are to where I will get sick if I don't like something. I don't have money to waste so have to be sure I will eat it, before buying. Wish me luck!
