Very disappointed in my numbers. I don't know what's up. Gotta keep pushing forward, though.
149.6 kg Lost so far: 5.1 kg.    Still to go: 49.8 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.

Sweetie, you have lost 11 lbs in a months time. That is SO great! Losing it any faster is unhealhty. You are doing a GREAT JOB!

2.8 pounds in a week is amazing!! The other thing I have to remember when I think I'm losing weight to slowly, is that when I lose weight at 2 pounds per week, I give my skin a chance to bounce back!
