Ok. Today I just ate what I wanted. This morning entry said not to track calories; but decided to anyway.

Wow. Looking at the numbers I went over the top. Thing is I didn't (unrealistic of me?) feel as if I'd eaten all that much.

It seemed to be a totally normal day of eating. No sweets, no sodas no high sugar anything. Yet the calorie count doesn't lie. Despite my bike ride, normal days activities. Calories in vs calories our....its.no wonder I'm so overweight.
119.5 kg Lost so far: 6.1 kg.    Still to go: 28.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
